Introduction

CLARITY

The process of communication starts with the sender and thus the sender has to be clear both in thought and expression , in order to communicate effectively .

CLARITY OF THOUGHT

Before communicating , the sender should have clear thought for which he should be clear in following three points :
(1) What is objective of communication ?
(2) What actual message is ?
(3) Which is suitable medium for achieving the purpose ?

CLARITY OF EXPRESSION

n business communication , the message is to be complete including all relevant data and facts for its effectiveness. In written communication all the vital information is to be included otherwise it will act as a barrier and will affect the communication process.

For example , in an order letter , all information like the detail of the product , quantity , size , shape , color , model number , mode of payment , time or duration when goods are required , place where goods are to be sent ; should necessary be included.

This morning when I was reading a book , I came to one of the good article around me . The book is named as "You can win" written by a professional "Shiv Kheda" . His book had this article called "Winners Versus Losers" . I am presenting this to you as in my own words , what generally I basically understood , the 'Vs' goes like this :

We should always be in search of good things . We should try to look for the positive things in the life. Instead of looking for the bad things in the people , we should try to look for positive and good things in the people . We have made our environment such that we only see the bad and negative aspect of life , that's why we have been missing the positive aspect of the life.

In the upper atmosphere, atmospheric gases absorbs the sun's radiation , get ionized , and release molecules . In lower atmosphere , atmospheric oxygen get dissociated and subsequently combines with molecular oxygen of the upper stratosphere, there by producing ozone......

Organizational Behaviour is a recent origin and developing as a separate field of study. It has properly progressed in the latter half of the twentieth century. Its present nature may be discussed as under.

1. A separate field of study - > Organizational Behaviour is a separate field of study. Many researches and analysis habve been done in this field. But it is not still accepted as a science. There is no foundation of basic concepts that may guide its development as a science. Therefore, it will be appropriate to call it a field of study rather than discipline.
